Who We Are

We are a people that care - about Northwest Arkansas and Northwest Arkansans. The business accomplishments that have happened here in Northwest Arkansas have changed the world. We're dedicated to equalling those achievements in strengthening Northwest Arkansas' quality of life. Our people did the one; with your help, we know we can do the other.

We are corporate executives and civic leaders. We’re farmers, poultry growers, small businesspeople, doctors, accountants, and nonprofit agency managers. We’re the man on the street and the neighbor who watches your house while you’re away. No matter what we do for work, what we do for hometown, friends, church, and neighbors matters just as much.

Endeavor is a professionally staffed community foundation that is governed by a Board of respected Northwest Arkansas business, civic, and community leaders who live and work here. We are a family of over 100 separate funds, totaling over $150 Million in assets. We are a gathering of gifts – of resources, good sense, and commitment.

Since 1999, Endeavor Foundation and its donors have made over 3,000 grants totaling $63 million. Ninety six percent of grant dollars have been awarded in Northwest Arkansas; three percent elsewhere in Arkansas; and one percent outside Arkansas. In general, we support projects or programs that serve residents in Benton, Washington, Madison and Carroll counties.

As effective and responsible stewards of Endeavor’s treasure, we meet national standards for operational quality, donor service, and accountability in the community foundation sector.
