While helping others achieve their charitable goals is an important part of what we do, Endeavor Foundation has goals of its own—big ones. And if we’re going to play an active role in addressing Northwest Arkansas’ most pressing needs, we’ll need more than just know-how and dedication—we’ll need your support. A gift to one of these endowments/funds helps support the initiatives—and the people—working daily to make Northwest Arkansas better.

HealthyLiving
To support our initiatives to help Northwest Arkansans lead healthier, happier, and longer lives. Recent research has determined that Arkansas is America's eighth unhealthiest state, and it's as true of Northwest Arkansas as anywhere else in our state. The incidence of poverty- and lifestyle-related chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer are largely to blame. Our Northwest Arkansas futures & family, neighborhood, economic, and personal & depend on our turning this around.
HealthyCoping
We lose more friends to suicide in Northwest Arkansas than most other areas of the country. How can this be? We pretend mental health isn’t a problem; we don’t talk about it. We stigmatize it. The state ranks 46th in the nation on spending for mental health treatment. Untreated depression and hopelessness are breaking the hearts of our families - and also breaking the bank. The work-loss cost of every successful suicide is almost a million dollars a person. Help us strengthen mental health care in Northwest Arkansas.
FairCare Fund
Buying health insurance never even occurs to somebody working on an empty stomach or raising youngsters in a cold home. That’s what poverty boils down to in Northwest Arkansas. One in five of us lack health insurance. Even more of us don’t have a doctor who’d know us if they saw us because we’ve never had a check-up, let alone any preventive care. But our poor get sick like anybody else, and when they do, if care is delivered, it’s in an emergency room at a sky-high cost that everybody has to make up for. Help us create a health care strategy that’s smarter, cheaper, and fairer.
Community Endeavors
To address future Northwest Arkansas needs that we can't anticipate now. Community Endeavors is a permanent, unrestricted grantmaking fund. By not restricting how income from your gift may be used, you help ensure that your investment addresses the most critical community needs. Your trust that these funds will be effectively used will help us fill gaps left by other funders and serve the community's interests. By growing this fund, we'll make sure that our problems don't out-grow our grandchildren's ability to solve them.
Oxygen Fund
To support the Endeavor Foundation's operating costs. When you're in the business to give strategically to help other people, it's easy to forget to take care of yourself. As they say on the airplane, put your own oxygen mask on first. We can't work on our future if we don't pay for now. Your support of the Oxygen Fund ensures the integrity of everything we do. You give us the people and power to learn where and what the needs really are. You help us put resources in the right hands, and build partnerships that stretch every dollar's impact.
Endeavor also manages endowments for individual philanthropists and nonprofits. While the purposes of these
funds are varied -- some support a specific organization, others a general cause -- they all have one very
important thing in common: they all support philanthropy in Northwest Arkansas.
7 Hills Homeless Center Walker Family Residential Community Endowment Fund
To endow the Walker Family Residential Community, a project of the Seven Hills Homeless Center which addresses the growing homeless population.
9 Foundation
To honor Andy Johnston, a father who loved his family and little league sports, by making sure kids of all backgrounds and incomes can have uniforms and equipment to play local sports.
Marjorie Rood Applegate Scholarship Fund
To honor Marjorie Rood Applegate through support of the Rogers Educational Foundation, a charitable organization which awards a scholarship in her name to girls graduating from Rogers High School.
Arts Center of the Ozarks Fund
To support Arts Center of the Ozarks, a charitable organization ensuring the continued tradition of creative and educational experiences in Springdale.
Bates Nursing Scholarship Fund
To support the nursing program at Northwest Arkansas Community College.
Bella Vista Courtesy Van Fund
To endow Bella Vista Courtesy Van, Inc., a charitable organization providing Bella Vista neighbors with transportation to community activities.

Benton County Sunshine Fund
To endow Benton County Sunshine School, a place where kids can learn and grow regardless of their background, disability or income.

Maurice Box Memorial Scholarship
To honor Maurice Box through support of Tahlequah Public Schools, an organization which awards a scholarship in his name to a graduating senior.
Boys & Girls Club of Benton County Fund
To endow the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County, a safe and fun environment where kids can learn, eat healthy snacks, exercise and make friends.
Care Foundation, Inc.
To further the generosity of the Care Foundation in their support of health, education and immigration issues, primarily in Springdale and Bentonville.
Circle of Life Fund
To endow Circle of Life, a charitable organization which brings compassion and support to patients and their families through end of life care; helping patients live as fully as possible.
Community Clinic at St. Francis House Fund
To endow the Community Clinic at St. Francis House, a vital regional resource that makes healthcare available to all people regardless of income.
Roscoe and Laura Cox Memorial Scholarship
To honor Roscoe and Laura Cox through support of Huntsville School District, an organization which awards a scholarship in their name to a graduating senior.
Crisis Center Foundation Fund
To support the Arkansas Crisis Center through the Crisis Center Foundation Endowment. Arkansas Crisis Center restores hope, renews empowerment, and saves lives through suicide awareness and crisis intervention.

To further the generosity of the Cypert family through endowment of First United Methodist Church of Springdale.
