President / CEO
Jeff Webster is President and CEO of Endeavor Foundation™. Webster works closely with Endeavor's Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and strategic direction of Endeavor®.
Jeff has decades of experience as a high-level executive at companies in Northwest Arkansas and across the country, including President/COO Simmons Feed Ingredients, Group VP Renewable Products and Senior VP Strategy at Tyson Foods, VP Global Strategy for Kellogg Company, and CEO/COO for multiple start-ups in technology and human performance sectors.
Jeff is originally from Kalamazoo Michigan, attended Michigan State University in their Geophysics program and attended Northwestern's Executive Development Program. Jeff is married to his wife Teena of 35 years and has two daughters and 4 granddaughters all residing in NWA.
Special Counsel to the Chair of Endeavor Foundation™
Anita Scism is the Special Counsel to the Chair of Endeavor Foundation™.
Anita served as President and CEO of Endeavor Foundation™ from 2008 to 2019. During her tenure, Endeavor® invested $75 million in projects that benefit Northwest Arkansas, from the substantial expansion of early childhood development programming for low-income families to the strengthening of human services through HARK at the Center for
Anita has also worked in the banking, legal, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, including a seventeen year term as President/CEO of Walton Arts Center, Arkansas' largest and busiest center for the performing arts.
Anita was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas. She has two sons, Emery and Ben, and three grandsons.
Vice President / Programs
Justin Fletcher brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit manage- ment and program development to his role as Vice President, Programs for Endeavor Foundation™. He directs Endeavor's grantmaking and other pro- gram-related activities, while assisting with organizational strategy for both the Foundation and local nonprofits.
A native of Fayetteville, Justin graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama. He lived for many years in Chicago, IL, where he was artistic director for both City of Chicago and off-Loop theater companies. He also spent much of his career working for After School Matters, Chicago's premier organization for out-of-school time programming for high school teens in underserved communities.
Justin lives in Fayetteville with his wife and children. He is excited to give back to the region that has given so much to him.
CHIEF FINANCIAL & OPERATING OFFICER
Lisa McCullough is Endeavor’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer. She is responsible for the finance, accounting, and human resource functions of the foundation. Lisa works closely with Endeavor’s Executive and Finance Com- mittees, providing financial and operational information and developing recommendations on strategy and operations.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missou- ri-Kansas City and earned her C.P.A. in 1985. She has over twenty years of diversified accounting, tax and management experience in varied industries including retail, manufacturing, health care, construction, real estate develop- ment, trucking, and public accounting.
A Kansas City native, Lisa has lived in Northwest Arkansas for the past twen- ty-three years. She has two children, Emily, a 2011 graduate of the University of Arkansas, and Tyler, a student athlete at Missouri State University. Lisa was an active volunteer in the Fayetteville Public Schools for over thirteen years.
Regina Mitchell is Endeavor’s first point-of-contact with the public. She makes sure that you get the information you need and that you talk to the person best suited to meet your needs. She also provides administrative support to Endeavor’s President/CEO and to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer.
Regina gave 12 years of service to the Springdale Public Schools and spent 18 years working in Northwest Arkansas medical facilities, providing clinical, clerical, and technical support. She attended the University of Arkansas and has been a resident of Springdale for over 30 years.
